Comprised of people who care about charitable organizations and the work they do, Touched By Flowers is wholly owned and operated by individuals with extensive floral and gift background.
Touched By Flowers was founded on two guiding premises:

We truly understand without you we would not exist. Each staff member is empowered to insure you 100% complete satisfaction. We recognize it’s not good enough to simply meet your expectation….we must exceed it.
Because we work with a highly perishable product we ask you to take the following into consideration as you place your orders:
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

Taxes and Pricing
Taxes: Touched By Flowers adds 7% sales tax on any order going
to Florida. We are not required to charge sales tax for any other delivery outside
of Florida.
Service Fee: Touched By Flowers adds a $9.95 Service & Transmission Fee for all orders. In some
cases, the delivering florist may choose to take a delivery fee out of the price
of the arrangement.
All transactions are in US currency.
Cancellation Policy: While we process your request the moment
we receive it, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete.
Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed
on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes
be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations
must be done with-in 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge
a cancellation fee of a mininium $10.00 per order for any order cancelled after
this period of time.
