Delivery Policy
Same day delivery is available in most areas of the U.S.A. on orders
placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday (earlier
times may apply to some areas). Saturday deliveries are available
in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays. Every effort will
be made to deliver your order on the date you specify upon check-out.
Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered
the next delivery day.
Hand Delivered Floral Gifts
Today, many companies try to compete for low price and end up sending flowers
in a box overnight only to have them left at the door for the recipeint to open
and assemble.
A local florist will professionally design and personally deliver your gift to
the recipient's door.

Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive
a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact
you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has
been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge.
Floral Order Delivery Times
Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM).
However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular
day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time.
During the holidays deliveries
may be made as late as 9pm.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
For residential
deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the
delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place or attempt delivery the
next day. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking
the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
If
the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries,
delivery will be attempted the next business day.
